UW-Madison understands the tremendously negative impact bias or hate incidents can have on individuals and communities. This report provides a summary of incidents reported through the bias reporting process from January 2018 through May 2018.

A facilitated conversation was offered between the student and the staff member, in order to continue a positive working relationship for the semester. The student decided to postpone the conversation until fall semester. Case closed.
